This policy explains how All American Fence & Gate uses information collected through aafenceandgate.com, website inquiries and advertising call tracking.
Information you provide
When you request an estimate or contact us, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, phone number, email, project address, referral source and fencing needs. We use it to respond, prepare estimates, provide services and maintain business records. Please do not submit sensitive personal or financial information through the contact form.
Our website contact form is provided by Buildertrend. Successful submissions are delivered to Buildertrend for our office to manage. Buildertrend processes the submitted information under its own Privacy Notice.
Website and advertising measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to understand website traffic, advertising results and successful inquiries. Measurement may include pages visited, referral and campaign information, click identifiers, interactions, browser/device information and approximate location. Cookies and similar identifiers help connect visits and advertising interactions. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. We do not intentionally send names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses or contact-form contents to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics event and user data retention is set to 14 months. First-party advertising-attribution cookies on this website may remain for up to 90 days. Other cookies have their own expiration periods. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
We also use the Meta Pixel to measure website visits and successful inquiries associated with Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta may receive visit, device, browser, cookie and interaction information and use it according to the Meta Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Advertising call tracking and recordings
Calls routed through an advertising tracking number may be measured by Google Ads and Ringba. Call records may include the caller number, call time, duration, routing and answered or missed status. Eligible Ringba calls may be recorded after a recording announcement for quality, training and lead review. Not every call to our public office or Google Business Profile number is Ringba-recorded. Other services and information sharing
We share information with service providers and authorized representatives as needed to operate the website, respond to inquiries, measure advertising and provide services. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security. Embedded maps, videos, reviews, social tools and external financing applications may collect information under their own policies. Information submitted on an external financing website goes to that provider, not to Google Analytics as contact-form content.
Retention and security
Inquiry, customer and call records are retained as needed for business, service, recordkeeping and legal purposes. We use access restrictions and reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser. You may use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, review Google advertising preferences, and manage advertising preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account. These controls have different scopes and do not necessarily stop all website, advertising or call measurement. Blocking cookies may affect some website features.
